After School Activities Registration
Registration for Winter After School Activity courses at DW opens at 8 p.m. Friday, November 10, and closes at 8 p.m. Friday, December 8, or until filled. Refunds will not be available after Friday, December 15. Please use the RevTrak Web Store platform to register for all programs listed here. Programs do fill up and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Classes begin after school the week of January 8 and run for six weeks. Please visit the After School Activities website for detailed information about these clubs.
- Anime: On Wednesdays, students will have supplies and reference materials to draw or color in the anime style while anime is streaming to build their inspiration.
- Art: On Tuesdays, students in grades 6-8 develop their creative skills and create original artwork.
- Chamber Orchestra: On Mondays, students in grades 6-8 will play chamber orchestra music and explore advanced music.
- Digital Audio & Podcasting: On Thursdays, students in grades 6-8 will record and edit music and podcasts using digital audio workstations.
- Fiber Arts: On Thursdays, students in grades 6-8 will learn to sew, quilt, knit, crochet, and more.
- Games: On Tuesdays, students in grades 6-8 have the opportunity to participate in team-building activities, which include the following: card games, board games, and video games.
- Puzzled!: On Wednesdays, students in grades 6-8 will unplug from their screens and enjoy time together doing jigsaw puzzles.
- STEM: On Wednesdays, students in grades 7-8 will expand their STEM knowledge by learning about various topics like physics, anatomy, genetics, and more.

Other After School Opportunities
Wrestling is open to all DW students.The wrestling program will teach wrestling fundamentals and instill values of hard work, self-discipline, and the importance of goal setting. No prior experience in wrestling is needed. Practices begin in early December.
Scholastic Bowl: Scholastic Bowl is an academic buzzer competition similar to Jeopardy but with teams testing their knowledge in literature, science, math, and more. Please submit the following tryout form to show interest. Tryouts will be held after school on Tuesday, November 28, and Thursday, November 30.
