Fox43 News made a surprise appearance at our West Creek Hills Field Day for their Thursday morning live broadcast! In addition to joining us for a fun morning, Fox43 surprised 3 West Creek Hills teachers and staff members with Hershey Park tickets! Congratulations to Mr. Josh Wagner, Ms. Melissa Umbrell, and Nurse Christina Cruso! Thank you to Fox43 for spotlighting West Creek Hills!

Each year East Pennsboro Elementary and West Creek Hills participate in the American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge. We are so excited to announce that both schools made the top 25 schools this year -- out of 120 schools from 5 counties! Even more exciting -- East Pennsboro Elementary was ranked #1 -- raising $25,873.60! Congratulations to all of our amazing EPE and WCH students and families who participated -- we are Panther Proud! Special thanks to Mr. Brent Cashman and Ms. Emily Daubert for leading our students in such a successful campaign!

Earlier this week, Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) held a ceremony to recognize graduating seniors from 18 schools across the Capital Area who have participated in their programming. We are Panther Proud to join in recognizing Makayla Carchidi, Kenza Guerch, Ella Harter, Ella LeTersky, Ava Love, Jasmina Nicholson, Tulsi Patel, Emily Pearson, Carter Strup, and Brian Wallace! EPAHS Senior Jasmina Nicholson was also recognized as a scholarship recipient of The Hall Foundation. Congratulations!

On Wednesday, May 22nd, we recognized our seniors for their academic achievements and scholarship awards. The evening culminated with the announcement of our top two seniors -- Valedictorian Marwa Sbai & Salutatorian Tulsi Patel! Congratulations to all of our seniors -- you truly make us Panther Proud for the graduating Class of 2024!

Congratulations to our Panther Baseball team! EPAHS Baseball will take on ELCO for the District 3 4A Championship on Tuesday, May 28th at Earl Wenger Field in Fredericksburg, 4:30PM. Tickets will be $8 and can be purchased on the Hometown ticket fan app or by visiting http://piaad3.org. We look forward to cheering on our Panthers!

Attention Senior Parents:

A reminder to parents of all Senior students to turn off auto payments in My School Bucks no later than May 31st, 2024. Refunds of $2.00 or more will be issued by July 31st, 2024. If you would like any remaining balances transferred to a younger siblings account, please email your request to amcbride@epasd.org.

Did you know that in addition to accessing your student’s lunch account, you can also pay fees through MySchoolBucks?

If you have a newly enrolled student in grades 6-12, an invoice will be created for the initial device insurance fee. Please check your student’s account on MySchoolBucks.com. Please select School Store, then School Invoices to view all device invoices.

If your student has needed their device repaired, the insurance fee will cover the cost to repair the device. A new insurance fee will be applied to cover the cost of future incidents. A new program called Summer EBT, or “SUN Bucks,” has been authorized by a bipartisan U.S. Congress to provide food dollars to low-income families with school-aged children over the summer months. The program is proven to reduce food insecurity and improve children's nutrition during summer break.
