December 9 to 13, 2024
Principal's Message
Dear Falcon students and families,
As we are quickly approaching the Christmas break lots of activity is scheduled for these last two weeks of school! The focus of these two weeks still is on our students curricular objectives with many of our student's preparing to access Academic Coaching and Rewrites this upcoming Opportunity Wednesday. The extracurricular spotlights of this week is definitely on the arts once again, as our Drama class will be performing the classic Holiday production of "A Christmas Carol", our awesome Rock & Pop General Music class putting on the "Winter Wonderland" concert on Thursday, December 12th, and finally our amazing Concert Band producing their "Winter Winds" concert on December 13th at 7:00 p.m..
Our Bev Facey FLI students have done an amazing job of decorating our front foyer and cafeteria area for the season. They also have a number of great activities and event days planned for the remainder of days leading up to the break. So thankful for these amazing students that walk our Facey halls daily! They bring so much to our school community.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Bev Facey New Football Locker Room Sponsorship
We are excited to share that we are building a new locker room for our Bev Facey Falcons Football team! With the support of the Strathcona Amateur Football Alumni Association (SAFAA), we are on a mission to raise $92,000 for the construction of this project. We would be grateful if you could consider making a donation. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of the Bev Facey Falcons’ Football legacy!
Our current one is outdated and no longer meets the needs of our growing team. A new locker room will provide an inspiring space where our athletes can prepare, bond, and cultivate team spirit. By sponsoring this project, you will not only be associating yourself with a successful and dedicated group of young athletes but also helping us create a new locker room that will significantly enhance their overall experience and environment. Your support will foster team unity, boost morale, and elevate the overall experience for our players and coaches.
