Principal's Message
Dear Almond Families:
Even though the Almond Gala was canceled, the
Silent Auction is still LIVE
Until 9pm TONIGHT!
We are behind in our fundraising target so anything you can bid on or donate is greatly appreciated and needed!
All of the bids and donations go towards funding goals for the next two years. You can bid on unique and fun items for your child such as Principal for a day, Teacher for a day and Librarian for a day! There are also many adult parties to choose from, which are considered small gatherings, not large events. We encourage you to sign up! The money you donate to the PTA goes directly to our school in the form of classroom materials, computers, furniture, books, community-building events and the many other things that make Almond amazing!
Go to http://bit.ly/almondauction2020 to check out the catalog and check your bids often!
If you prefer not to bid on items, you can also make a direct donation at any time to our PTA on Almond's website (www.almondschool.org) and click on the “Donate” button on the top right corner. We have two Fund-a-Need areas to support: Technology and Flexible Classrooms. So easy to donate, and critical for our students’ learning.
Thank you for supporting Almond School!
Here’s to our amazing Almond community coming together to support all our students!
Raquel
Special note: Beginning tomorrow, and in an abundance of caution, we will be cancelling Friday assemblies through Spring Break. Instead, we will share announcements over the loudspeaker. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
