Bradley Families,
Nine more days. And two of those nine are early release days. WHAT! How is this possible? This year has flown by for me, and I imagine for you as parents and guardians as well. I used to always hear, "The days are long, but the years are short," and how fitting that saying is as we begin the final countdown on this school year. My first year at Bradley has been overwhelming in all the best ways. I have gotten to know the true spirit of the school and community, and I can attest to how special of a place that Bradley Middle School is.
Wednesday was a special day spent celebrating this fabulous 8th grade class. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather, and a large group of kids out having a great time. I saw the students on Thursday and all their sweet faces were kissed by the sun. We, as a staff, love to see the students outside of the school engaging with each other and just having a great time. It will be extremely difficult to watch this amazing group of students leave our campus; but we will certainly be following their careers in high school!
This is our last full week of school for the 23-24 school year, and it is MAP Science week. We have asked our teachers and students to "stay the course" and finish strong.
THIS WEEK'S EVENTS:
5/20-21: 6th Grade Girls' Basketball Skills Camp 4-5:30 pm
5/20: Percussion Rehearsal 4-8 pm
5/21: Pop Show Dress Rehearsal 3:45-5:45 pm
