We are also able to take care of all of these things at once at our Registration event, scheduled for Monday, July 22 from 2-7 pm. That is a come and go event, so come whatever time between 2-7 pm that is convenient for you. Many of you have already completed some, most, or even all of these tasks, but just in case you haven't here they all are in one place for your convenience!


**NOTE** If you take care of these tasks here you do still need to come to Registration to get fitted for your uniform!

REMIND is our primary means of communication with you and your student. It is a FREE service and we highly recommend the app to use it. Don't forget to turn on notifications!


You can find the app in your app store, it is a blue square with a white script letter R.


Students need to join the MHS Marching Band class by using the class code @mhsbandmb1 or @mhsbandmb2 if the other one is full.


Parents will want to join the parent list by using the class code @mhsband-p or @mhsband-p2 if the first one is full. Parents are also welcome to join any group the students are in - that's a good way to make sure you are informed!

This simple Google Form collects important information we need.


In Section 3 of the form you will see a link to pay all or part of the fees online using a card, or you may pay by cash or check at Registration on July 22 to a Band Director. A Fee Explanation is also included. Click HERE to fill out the Registration Form and access the online fee payment system (RevTrak).

Emergency contact, medical history, physical examination, UIL acknowledgment, and other similar forms are managed through the same Rank One system as our athletic department. These are very important, but if you have already done them for athletics you do not have to do them again. Access the Rank One system HERE.

Our Boosters serve so many needs, and cannot do it without YOU, our amazing MHS Band Parents! Soon we will have our super popular Home Game Meal Plan on there available for purchase as well.
