Instructional Technology Trainer

I am your direct support lead-teacher in the area of Instructional Technology. As a Technology Trainer, I support 25 Secondary schools, the leadership team, and their teachers in integrating purposeful technology into their curriculum and focusing on their software training needs to help them support student learning.

Prior to coming to OPS, I was a master mentor, an instructional facilitator, a technology integration specialist, and a basketball/volleyball/softball coach. I have been in education for the past 24 years and I have taught Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Math Skills, Language Arts and Literature, Reading, Drama, and Science.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in mathematics from the University of New Mexico, and then earned a Master's of Elementary Education degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha as well as an Instructional Technology Certificate.

I am available before, during, and after school. I can do all day staff trainings where I come in during your team, or personal plan periods. I offer small group, or one-on-one training at your request. Just send me an email to schedule a visit to your school.
