Dr. Kenneth V. Hardy is a Professor of Family Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is also Director of the Eikenberg Institute for Relationships in New York, New York. Prior to joining the faculty at Drexel University, he was a Professor of Family Therapy at Syracuse University where he also held positions as Director of Clinical Training and Research, and Chair of the Department of Child and Family Services. He is the former Director of the Center for Children, Families, and Trauma of the Ackerman Institute in New York City.

15 Minutes
This week's 15 minutes comes from Jon Harper (@Jonharper70bd) and his podcast #mybad. His guest is Eric Sheninger (@E_Sheninger), an award-winning principal at New Milford High School in Bergen County, NJ.
The podcast focuses on the mistakes Eric made as a leader shutting down social media and technology in his building and the changes he made that have led to huge success for his building, students, and staff.
Jon Harper is currently the assistant principal at Sandy Hill Elementary School in Cambridge, Maryland. This is his sixth year serving as an assistant principal at the elementary level. Prior to becoming an administrator he served as a Math Coach and an elementary school teacher. During his ten years as a classroom teacher he taught first, second, fourth and fifth grades. During his sixth year teaching he earned Nationally Board Certification, which he held for ten years. For seven years he ran a Young Gentleman's Cub that was aimed at helping young men reach their full potential.
Eric Sheninger is an award-winning principal at New Milford High School in Bergen County, NJ, a speaker, and author of Leadership for Principals Digital Leadership: Changing Paradigms for Changing Times. He blogs at “A Principal's Reflections.”
