Dear Band Families,

Welcome back! We’re diving right into an exciting and productive week, so here are a few important updates and reminders to keep us all on track:

• After-School Sectionals Begin This Week!

  • Monday: Alto Saxophones and French Horns
  • Tuesday: Clarinets
    Both ensembles will meet from 4:00 - 5:30 PM in either the band room or the auditorium. Please check the calendar below for all upcoming after-school commitments.

• Region Band Auditions Rescheduled
  Due to inclement weather across the state this past weekend, Region Band Auditions have been postponed to this upcoming Saturday, January 18th. We wish all of our auditioning students the best of luck as they prepare!

• Fundraiser Kick-Off
  We’re launching our last fundraiser of the year tomorrow! Students were sent home with a form to collect emails and phone numbers of family and friends. Please ensure your student brings this information to school tomorrow. The more contacts they collect, the more funds we can raise toward our trip to Disney!

• Band Backer Meeting
  Join us for our next Band Backer meeting on Tuesday, January 14th, at 5:45 PM in the band room. We’d love to see you there!
