Dear Rocket Families,
We had another great week in the school house last week! Thank you so much for contributing to your child's fall class party and for your continued support of our school!
We have TWO VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS for this week so PLEASE READ and REVIEW CAREFULLY:
- We will have our Thanksgiving Luncheon next Wednesday, November 13. The cost of an adult meal is $5.00. Unfortunately, due to several factors, we need to know an exact number of attendees by TOMORROW, Monday, November 4. Payment is also due at that time. We will issue tickets to attendees this year. We will NOT be able to add any participants after Monday, November 4. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed on this day. If you wish to bring lunch from an outside vendor for your student please do so on another day. We also will not be calling siblings to eat at the same time. Thank you for understanding that doing so is VERY disruptive to classrooms.
- We have just FIVE WEEKS left in our 50/50 Raffle. Currently our pot is just $3300. We are trying to reach our school goal of $15,000. This is our MAIN FUNDRAISER for this year!!! We are hopeful that all students - Pre-K - 5th grade will attempt to sell FIVE tickets!!! PLEASE help us sale tickets and see student prizes below!!!
Finally, next Monday, November 11, is a holiday for students and staff as we celebrate Veterans' Day.
