Dear Palmer Middle School Families,

Did you or your student lose a cell phone this school year??? We have a few cell phones, including iPhones, that have been up at the front office ALL year! Please come in to claim them!

The end of the year is coming quickly and if you have an 8th grader who has any F's, they will not be allowed to walk during the Promotion!!! Please check grades and encourage your students to use the time they have to get assignments completed ASAP!!!

Wednesday, May 21 is the LAST day for STUDENTS and FIELD DAY for 6th-7th (8th grade is optional). If you are a 6th grade family, please bring in individually wrapped DRINKS (milk, juice, soda, etc...please no energy drinks), if you are a 7th grade family, please bring in individually wrapped SNACKS (cookies, gummies, chips, bars, crackers, etc). Hot dogs and all the trimmings will be provided by PJMS and there is NO cafeteria open for hot lunches that day! If your student has dietary restrictions, please send them with a cold lunch if they cannot eat what is provided.

Please see our invitation below concerning 8th GRADE CELEBRATION on Tuesday, May 20th @ 12:30! Please continue to use pjm@matsuk12.us for any communication about absences, etc. We will check it throughout the day and take care of your needs.

• Free lunch served all summer at locations across the valley and at Burchell High School.

Weekly Meal Boxes Available:

• One FREE meal box per child packed with 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches per box
• Available to all children in the community, 18 and under (Service at Su Valley, Sutton Elementary, Palmer High and Wasilla Middle)
