The annual Mart Elementary Thanksgiving Luncheon was a great success with 700 plates prepared. Thank you to the staff that works hard each year to make this event special for our families.

Mart ISD would like to thank all of the families who donated to our canned food drive, it was a huge success. The winners of the contest will be announced soon!

Please congratulate these Lady Panthers on earning Cross Country and Volleyball Academic All-State honors for their work in the classroom. Thank you to all the teachers who along the way have helped challenge them and establish a work ethic that has helped lead to their success. You must be a senior to earn this award for the Texas High School Coaches Association. You must have a 92 or higher GPA to even be considered and then teams are based on overall GPA, Class Rank, SAT, and ACT scores. We are very proud of each of these senior girls. We have celebrated them on the field of play as Cross Country advanced to the regional meet after earning 2nd place at the district meet. The Volleyball team gave us a great showing in the Bi-District playoffs by keeping us on the edge of our seats through 5 sets. Each of these girls had an impact in both of those programs not just this year but in years past. They are a great example of what it means to be a STUDENT-ATHLETE.
