Future Leopard Night - Nov. 13
Los Cerritos Middle School will be hosting Future Leopard Night to all parents on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:00 pm in the gymnasium. After the general presentation in the gym, parents will attend four informational sessions. These sessions will cover our 6th grade academic program, special events for our students, clubs and activities offered, and introduction to our administration and counseling staff.

La Escuela Intermedia Los Cerritos organizará la Noche del Futuro Leopardo para todos los padres el miércoles 13 de noviembre a las 6:00 pm en el gimnasio. Tras la presentación general en el gimnasio, los padres asistirán a cuatro sesiones informativas. Estas sesiones cubrirán nuestro programa académico de sexto grado, eventos especiales para nuestros estudiantes, clubes y actividades ofrecidas, y presentación de nuestro personal administrativo y de consejerÃa.

AMC 8 Assessment
LCMS will once again by hosting the AMC 8. The assessment will be held on January 22 at 2:15 pm, in Room 37. The assessment consists of 25 math problems and students are allowed 40 minutes to complete the assessment. This is not for a grade and there is no charge to students to participate.
If your student would like to participate, please use the link below to complete the form.
Participation will close on Monday, November 18th.

PTSA Fundraiser - Nov. 19
Dave & Busters Fundraiser Night
Suport the LC PTSA by visiting Dave and Busters (145 W. Hillcrest Dr) on Tuesday, Nov. 19th from 5:00 to 8:00pm, 20% of all food, non alcoholic beverages and game play donated back to LC PTSA! Must present flyer.
6th Grade Outdoor School Meeting - Nov. 20
Parent Information Meeting
Mr. Tom Hoegeman, the CVUSD Outdoor School Coordinator, will be hosting an informational meeting for all parents in the LCMS GYM regarding Outdoor School on Wednesday, November 20th at 6:00 pm.
The presentation will cover essential details, including:
- Daily schedules and activities
- Cabin arrangements and meals
- Health and safety protocols
- What to pack and how to prepare
This is a great opportunity to ask questions and get all the information you need to ensure your child is ready for this adventure! We look forward to seeing you there. Here is a link to the Outdoor School Website if you wanted to preview the program and see an interactive tour of the camp.
Check the Lost and Found!!
There are many items that have found their way to the Lost and Found. If your student lost their water bottle, sweatshirt, lunchbox, etc. please have them come and check the closet to see if anything belongs to them. All unclaimed items will be donated.
