Spring Break Edition
Whether you're going away for Spring Break, or staying here in Ithaca, we hope you can use the down time to recharge your batteries with good sleep, time outside, and connection with others. View tips for getting the most out of your break. And remember, health advice is available by phone from Gannett 24/7, even during break: call us at 607 255-5155.
B.A.C. on Break
Most Cornellians party smart ... but if your Spring Break plans include alcohol, remember that changes to your habits and environment can physiologically affect your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and leave you more prone to an alcohol emergency.
Travel Supplies
The Gannett Pharmacy stocks sunscreen, pain relievers, safer sex supplies, anti-nausea medication, sleep masks, and lots of other useful items to make your time off safer and more fun. And don’t forget to refill (and pack) any prescriptions you’ll need while you're away.
Zika Information
Read these special guidelines and precautions for Cornellians traveling to zika-affected regions. Gannett health care providers can review risk factors with patients who have concerns, and connect those in need with testing: call 607-255-5155 for an appointment.
