The Lynnewood Loop
September 9, 2024
We had a fantastic first day of school! I included some photos below for you to enjoy. So many SMILES!
All parents are invited to attend Back To School Night on Tuesday evening at Lynnewood. See detailed information about the sessions below. Please note that this is a meeting for adults and we do not have supervision for children. You will receive an email message from me and Mrs. Menaker tomorrow morning with an 8-minute video message including important updates for the new year, and we will also share a message from the Lynnewood PTO presidents. Please watch that video before BTSN.
AM Drop Off: Students may not be dropped off at school before 8:30 a.m. as there is no supervision. Car line begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. The cones block the start of car line until staff remove them at exactly 8:30 a.m.
This Friday evening is the Lynnewood Back to School Picnic! I love this event as families have time to connect and the kids play together with new and old friends!
You will receive this newsletter every Monday evening around 6:00 p.m. The following documents will be linked at the bottom of this newsletter each week for your reference:
- Lynnewood Handbook 24 - 25
- Lynnewood Family Calendar 24 - 25
I look forward to seeing you tomorrow evening during BTSN!
Sincerely,
Jillian McGilvery, Ed.D.
Principal
