Campus will be closed to all drop-offs and visitors for the month of April, excluding previously listed Lunch Plus 2 dates(see below). Only glasses, medications, etc will be accepted. Please be mindful of the testing dates listed below, when scheduling Dr.'s appointments, etc.Thank you for understanding.

RE-ENROLLMENT IS OPEN!

Those that complete re-enrollment are welcome to participate in Lunch Plus 2 on the designated dates. See below for more info.

May 9: Negative Lunch Charges No Longer Permitted After Today
May 13: 6th Grade Field Day
May 14: 4th & 5th Grade Field Day
May 14: Volunteer/VIPS Dinner - 6pm
May 15: 2nd & 3rd Grade Field Day
May 16: PreK, K, 1st & Life Skills Field Day
May 19: Color Run
May 19: Senior Grad Walk for Former Fannin Mustangs - 2pm
May 20: Pre-K Graduation - 9am
May 20: MAP Achievement Student Celebration
May 21: Kinder Graduation - 8:30am
May 21: 6th Grade Graduation - 10:30am
May 21: Last Day of School/ Early Release Day

Students will not be placed on a classroom roster unless their re-enrollment is complete. All parents/guardians who complete the forms will be invited to enjoy Lunch Plus 2 with their student between now and the end of the year

Can’t join us for lunch? No problem—you can still participate by dropping off a lunch from your student’s favorite place to make their day extra special!

⚠️Negative Lunch Account Balances⚠️

Please note that all students must clear their account balances by May 9th. After these dates, cafeteria purchases will require either a funded account or cash - charges will no longer be permitted for this school year. Additionally, to ensure no student goes without a meal, any student without sufficient funds after May 9th will be provided with an emergency meal at no cost, though families are still encouraged to settle outstanding balances promptly. Thank you for your attention to these deadlines, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

🚗After School Transportation Changes🚌

If you are needing to update the way your child will be getting home after school, for the day, week, or extended period of time - please be sure to send your student's teacher a message via the class communication app (ClassDojo, Remind, SeeSaw, etc) or by sending them an email. The best practice for these changes is to communicate them in writing - by the parent or guardian. Thanks for understanding.

Volunteer Guidelines

Please note that all Doctor's Notes must be submitted within 3 days of the student's absence.

Emailing the note to this address is the best practice to ensure that it is received by our attendance clerk.
You must call (432) 240-6800 to report your child's absence on the day they miss. Sending a message to your child's teacher on ClassDojo, Remind or any other app does not excuse your child. Teachers are not responsible for relaying these messages to the office.
