Please remember to send a warm jacket with your student each day.

• Please check with your child's teacher or call the office if you are unsure about testing dates.
• Please limit drop offs (lunchboxes, Chromebooks, etc.) so as to not interrupt testing.

Volunteer Guidelines

• Please note that all Doctor's Notes must be submitted within 3 days of the student's absence.

• Emailing the note to this address is the best practice to ensure that it is received by our attendance clerk.
• You must call (432) 240-6800 to report your child's absence on the day they miss. Sending a message to your child's teacher on ClassDojo, Remind or any other app does not excuse your child. Teachers are not responsible for relaying these messages to the office.
