From Principal Wilken
Dear Families,
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your support. Our open house was a fantastic kickoff, filled with joy as we visited classrooms, engaged with community partners, and enjoyed delicious burgers cooked by our assistant superintendent, Kamern Taravati.
There is amazing learning happening in our classrooms, our elective classes are in full swing and we continue to celebrate the end of the week with Friday Community Time. This special time allows us to celebrate birthdays and recognize our students for demonstrating our PBIS expectations (Power Paw). Mr. Waugaman introduces a new game for recess each week, along with clear expectations for playground behavior. We always end each lesson with a competition between the students and staff. Lots of fun and lots of energy!
If you haven't had the chance to see Friday Community Time in action, we invite you to join us at 9:00 AM on Fridays. Your presence would enhance our school community.
Thank you for being a vital part of Tully GATE Magnet.
Warm regards,
Principal Wilken
