Parents...we need your help! Please take a minute to fill out this needs assessment for our counseling department. This assessment helps us determine if there are changes we need to make or continue the things that are working well. We use this information to develop a comprehensive counseling program for our students at Elberta Elementary School.
We had our 1st Classroom Counseling Lesson with all of our students during the month of September! Parents if your child was removed from the classroom during this lesson it was because we received a signed opt-out letter. This means your child cannot participate in any counseling lessons for the entire year. We have learned some of these letters were signed and returned by mistake. If this is the case, please reach out to your child's teacher and let them know that you would like your child to participate in our counseling lessons. If you have questions about our curriculum that we use, please reach out to Mrs. Courtney (grades 3-6) or Mrs. Ingram (grades K-2). A copy of the the opt-out letter is attached for you to reference if needed.
