Secondary School Assistant Principal of the Year: Keri Stuebinger
Congratulations to Keri Stuebinger, Assistant Principal at Highlands Ranch High School. Keri was recently named the 2024 Colorado Secondary School Assistant Principal of the Year by the Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE).
We are so proud of Keri and all that she brings to our district, as our assistant principals fill so many roles in our schools. Keri has been a tireless advocate for Career and Technical Education opportunities for students and she led the implementation of our district’s first Cosmetology program.

Holiday Card Contest Winner: Madelyn E.
Congratulations to Douglas County High School sophomore Madelyn E. The Town of Castle Rock’s 2023 holiday card will feature her original artwork titled “Wonderful Wilcox Street.” Madelyn was formally recognized by the Castle Rock Town Council on December 5, she also received a set of her very own printed cards and a $100 gift card to Hobby Lobby. Way to go Madelyn!

The Continental League Honor Music Festival combines students from 12 high schools in the South Denver metro area to showcase their musical talents.
