Announcements
PCI Tigers Nominated for 2024-2025 CTAE Student of the Year!
We are thrilled to announce that several outstanding students from PCI were nominated by their pathway teachers for the prestigious 2024-2025 CTAE Student of the Year award! The Career and Technical Agricultural Education (CTAE) program equips students with essential practical and career readiness skills to benefit students, communities, and the workforce alike.
During the selection process, students had the opportunity to shine by presenting elevator pitches to a panel of four PCI staff members. With only 2 minutes, each student articulated their qualifications for the prestigious title of 2024-2025 PCI CTAE Student of the Year (SOTY). They each conveyed their vision for how, if chosen, they would make a positive impact on student culture at PCI. This dynamic event highlighted the talent and enthusiasm of our students as they competed for this honor!
We are especially proud to highlight our finalist, Ahmad Harris, who was interviewed by Principal Bell and is now advancing through the selection process with hopes of becoming the Fulton County Schools CTAE Student of the Year! Ahmad will participate in district interviews in January, followed by a second round of interviews in February. The grand banquet celebrating all school nominees, including their schools and community members, will take place in March, where finalists and winners will be announced. Stay tuned for more updates as we cheer on our talented PCI Tigers!
Congratulations to all students on their nominations!!
