We hope you enjoyed the opportunity to meet with teachers, staff, see other parents and get a glimpse into their daily school life. Your involvement and support are crucial to our students' success, and we are grateful for your continued partnership.

NEW ASPEN LOGIN SCREEN

On Friday evening, the login screen for Aspen will be getting an updated look... but don't worry, you'll still use the same login and password to access the site as usual. This new login screen is the first part in a series of upgrades designed to make the site more secure for families, students, teachers, and staff. If you have any questions, please contact the office at your or your child's school.

• Free/Reduced lunch forms: This is important, even though the lunch program is free this year, the amount of accurate applications that we have helps with federal funding that we receive from the government, which helps educate the students. • Health Services Form- sent home on first day of school
• Medication Orders dated after July 1, 2024, if your child requires medication at school
• 7th graders- updated immunization records. 7th Grade updated immunization records: Brought in or faxed to the school nurse.
• Any updated medical concerns
• Please keep in mind if your child has an allergy that requires an EpiPen/antihistamine the order must omit the administration of the antihistamine while on a field trip- only the EpiPen can be delegated on a field trip.

As mentioned in Superintendent Sawyer's letter to parents, APS had implemented a new cell phone policy. Please make yourself aware of the new policy, as we will also be reviewing it with all the students on the 1st day of school

• September 27th: Cougar Pride Breakfast: Recognizing students for their positive behavior and willingness to help others.
• October 15th: Afterschool late busses and activities begin. (Tuesdays and Thursdays only)
