Principal's Message
Dear, Ericson Elementary Families,
Thank you all for the incredible efforts that have put forth so far in support of our Jog-A-Thon! Your help and generosity are truly inspiring, and we are thrilled to see how our community is coming together to make this event a success.
Looking ahead, we are excited for the Jog-A-Thon on March 20th! It promises to be a fun and spirited day for our students, and we hope you will continue to support us in reaching our fundraising goal of $30,000. Every contribution counts, and your involvement makes a significant difference in the lives of our children. If you haven’t yet, please consider getting involved and helping us get even closer to our goal!
Additionally, with the inclement weather we've been experiencing, we’ve noticed an increase in traffic-related concerns during drop-off and pick-up times. I kindly ask that you take extra care and time to follow traffic laws and drive safely. This ensures not only the safety of your own children but also the safety of all our students, staff, and families. Please remember that taking a few extra minutes to ensure safe driving can prevent unnecessary accidents and help keep our school community safe.
Warm Regards,
Principal Ashton
Friendly Reminder / Updates
Safety and Traffic Reminders:
A friendly reminder to our Ericson families, please be mindful of which side you have your children exiting from the car. Exiting from the driver's side creates a safety situation that can be avoided by following safety protocols regarding when it is safe to exit the car from the passenger side.
We are also kindly reminding parents to please do not cross in between cars while there is traffic. It would be best to use the crosswalks to avoid a potential accident from occurring. We appreciate your support to help us keep students and families safe during morning drop off and afternoon pick up.
