We are excited to recognize these outstanding students for their dedication, hard work, and positive impact on our school community. Each of them was nominated and voted as a Student of the Month for demonstrating excellence both in and out of the classroom. Their commitment to learning, leadership, and character has set them apart, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements. A huge congratulations to Alice Su, Mahathi Saravanan, Elizabeth Wells, Hadley Petterson, and Connie Nakhle, these talented students make up the team "The Peoples." They earned an impressive second place in the Katy Book Wars district competition last night! Their dedication and teamwork were truly remarkable—they collectively read 24 books and demonstrated their knowledge by answering challenging questions to secure their top placement. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and for representing MMJH so well. Way to go!

STAAR Testing Lunch Adjustments

On April 9th (RLA) and April 24th (Math), all students will be taking the STAAR test. Due to the testing schedule, the cafeteria will be serving a limited menu. The line menu options will be:

Due to STAAR testing, McMeans JH will be a closed campus. Parent drop-off of lunches/food will not allowed on April 9th and April 24th. Please plan accordingly if your student will not be buying one of the menu options listed above. Thank you.
