Ambler Meet the Teacher Night

K5 -5th grades are required to pay a $25 technology fee each school year. This can be paid on MySchoolBucks.com - This fee covers the insurance on the students' Chromebook/tablet devices in the event it is damaged at school or home. Please have Tech-it-Home fees paid BEFORE our Meet the Teacher night on Tuesday, July 30th.

Parents of returning students should have received an email from FinalForms on July 1, 2024.

• Please use the link in the email to access and sign 2024-2025 forms for your returning student.

• IMPORTANT: CURRENT SDPC STUDENTS SHOULD NOT REGISTER AS A NEW STUDENT.

  • If you do not receive an email from FinalForms for your RETURNING SDPC student, please DO NOT register your student as a new student in FinalForms.

  • Please contact your child's school so they can assist you with gaining access to update your child's information in FinalForms.

  • All of this needs to be complete before you attend Meet the Teacher on Tuesday, July 30th.

To assist with the transitions on Meet the Teacher, we will have two check-in (registration) lines. The first line will be for those students with the last name A-M. This line will be located inside the doors in front of the cafeteria. If your child's last name begins with the letters A-M, please go through the doors in front of the cafeteria. The second line will be for those students with the last name N-Z. It will be located inside the 4th/5th grade hallway. If your child’s last name begins with the letters N-Z, please go through the 4th/5th grade hallway doors. At check-in you will receive a registration card with your child’s name and homeroom teacher. If you have not completed final forms, you will be directed to the library to complete that process. All others will be directed to the gym for the following: Wildcat Den, Car tags (2 per family), Bus information (pick up and drop off bus numbers), T-shirt preorder, YAMS, Good News and Scouts. Each year the bus routes are updated by the office so please make sure you stop by the bus table. This will ensure the bus office has the most accurate information for your child. The registration card will need to be completed prior to going to your child’s homeroom teacher (you will leave the card with your child’s homeroom teacher).

Mrs. James will hold two volunteer trainings at Meet the Teacher on Tuesday, July 30th. You may attend the 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. session. The training should last about 20 minutes and will be held in Ambler's cafeteria. This is required if you plan to chaperone a field trip during the 24-25 year.

Please stop by and see Nurse Alicia if your child needs to take a prescription medication at school. There is a form that must be completed by your child's prescribing doctor. Also, if you would like to leave your child over the counter medication, you must also sign a permission form. Thank you so much!
