Events
Join us for a week of wild adventures this March Break! There are daily drop-in activities available on the Lower Level all week long, plus a full schedule of events.
Join us for a special Movie Night in honour of International Womens' Day, featuring Arab Women Say What?! This film shares the unique experiences and perspectives of eight Arab women. The women share insights, food, and laughter as they tackle issues of feminism, politics, exile and the yearning for a sense of belonging.

Caregiver Series: Contingency & Emergency Planning
Caregivers aim to be ready for anything, but the uncertainty of what could happen to their loved ones if something happens to their caregiver is stressful. Join this session with Katie Muirhead from the Ontario Caregiver Organization for help creating a backup plan, and learn about programs and services from the Ontario Caregiver Organization.

We Are All Storytellers
Join this six-week workshop to discover the art of storytelling. In the first five sessions, you will learn tools and hone your storytelling skills. On the sixth session, you will be able to tell your stories at a mini storytelling concert, and you can encourage your friends and family to attend!

A Freakin' Laser Cutter
Exciting news! STPL now has a cool Laser Cutter/Engraver that can cut paper, cardstock, wood (up to 1/4 inch), and acrylic plastic! It can even engrave designs on things like wood, plastic, aluminum bottles, and glassware. Join us for a fun session where we'll show you how it works and give you a chance to make a small project with it!
