Dear Firebird Families,

As we approach a fresh new year, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the trust you place in our school. Your belief in our mission and commitment to our community fuels our efforts and makes our Gavilan Peak a home for play, growth, and the joyful pursuit of learning. It has been inspiring to watch our students explore their talents, embrace challenges, and celebrate successes, all while supporting one another.

As 2025 begins, we look forward to continuing our partnership with you. With open communication, mutual respect, and a focus on the well-being of every student, we know we can help them flourish. May this new year bring every family in our community abundant health, prosperity, and happiness. We are honored that you’ve chosen to be part of our school family, and we can’t wait to see what remarkable heights our Firebirds reach in the coming year.

Middle schoolers may also have a change in schedules. Our Geography, Leadership, Forensic Science, Seminar, PE and art classes are quarter-long. STEM or Computer Science is two quarters. Band and Choir are year-long.
