Weekly Social Media Submission Schedule
The Public Relations Committee met Wednesday this week. This committee comes together to plan for how we can tell our story. Yesterday we discussed a rotation of when teachers should send a picture and a caption to Sara (via email) and Carie (via text) to be shared on social media. We are asking that your caption begin with "#EbinportLiftsMe because" so that we can continue to get our hashtag out and tell OUR story! Please send a picture on the day you are assigned below. If you need to write this in your lesson plans so you remember, that might be a good idea!

Technology Tips
Just a few technology reminders for everyone.
1) Remember that IT works off of Tech Requests. Please continue to submit all tech requests through the Tech Ticket system. Please DO NOT send an email or send students with devices to me that need some type of maintenance. The link can be found here > http://bit.ly/RHSTechTickets or at the bottom signature line of my emails.
2) Please turn your projector off when leaving your classroom (or are not planning on using it in the next 10 minutes). Bulbs for projectors are several hundred dollars each, so everything we can do to prolong the life of the bulb is appreciated. Turning the projectors image to ‘freeze’ or ‘hide’ do not save any energy. The projector bulb is still on and running in these modes.
3) Chrome is the districts preferred browser. All teachers and students will need to sign into Chrome using their rhschools.org ID. You may no longer log into chrome with any generic or personal accounts (ie, gmail.com, Hotmail.com etc).
4) Teachers/Student devices should be using Launchpad for single sign on (see email sent out earlier about Launchpad). http://Launchpad.classlink.com/rockhill
