Meet the Preschool Staff
Rachel Connelly - Preschool Specialist
Rachel Connelly is married with two daughters and a black lab. She was a figure skater from the age of 3 to 17. She is an only child. She chose to be an educator because she had such a wonderful experience in school and wanted to provide that for other children. Coming to Cloverleaf has been a rejuvenation with positive, energetic, ambitious, kind, helpful and loving staff, parents and students. Since coming to Cloverleaf in 2018, she has worked with fourth grade, kindergarten, and students in grades K-5 with an emphasis on literacy, reading and phonics. Lisa Baranovic - Preschool Teacher
Lisa is a Preschool Teacher. She is married with two children: Aiden and Lily. What Lisa loves best about CES is watching students grow. One thing you may not know about Lisa is that she competed in roller skating until she was 18! Click HERE to email Lisa.
Emily Nichols - Preschool Teacher
Emily Nichols is a 2013 graduate of Heidelberg University, where she received her bachelor of science in Early Childhood (preschool to third grade). In 2017 she completed her master's degree in special education (mild to moderate) with a prekindergarten endorsement at Kent State University.She has taught one year of kindergarten and the rest in preschool. (Both as a general education teacher and intervention specialist.) Preschool is her passion! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fiancé Jason and fur babies -- Audrey, Chloe and Penny. She participates in a bowling league and enjoys watching Cleveland sports. Emily also enjoys traveling, going to concerts and riding motorcycles. One thing you may not know about her is she got her first job as a paraprofessional for summer school at Cloverleaf when she turned 16. Cloverleaf will always have a special place in her heart as she follows in the footsteps of her mother, who was also a teacher at Cloverleaf Elementary. Click HERE to email Emily.
Ryan Knuff - Preschool Teacher
Ryan graduated from Riverside High School in Painesville, Ohio. He went on to earn dual licensure in special and general education through Bowling Green University for grades pre-K through third. Ryan loves traveling around the world and discovering new places. He and his partner, who is also an educator, have a puppy that loves to play and go on walks. Ryan shared that he chose to be an educator because he wants to be able to make a positive impact in his students’ lives and help support them with their academic and life goals. “I truly have a passion to help others and want to help my students reach their full potential both in and outside of the classroom.” Click HERE to email Ryan.
Megan Maloney-Myers - Preschool Intervention Specialist
Megan Maloney-Myers has been a Cloverleaf special needs preschool teacher since 2004. Megan has her undergraduate degree from Walsh University (early childhood, early childhood intervention specialist, and K-12 reading) and master's degree from Ashland University (administration). While at Cloverleaf, she has been the co-principal of the elementary school summer school program, director of the district's Safety City program, primary building head, and has participated in several building- and district-level committees. Megan has two active young boys and enjoys watching them play a variety of outdoor sports. She also enjoys reading and hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Students with disabilities, specifically preschoolers, have been her passion throughout her career. Morgan Rittenberger - Speech Language Pathologist
Ms. Rittenberger works with the Cloverleaf preschool program. Before coming to Cloverleaf, she worked in Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Norwayne Local School District. Ms. Rittenberger is a Nordonia High School Graduate with degrees in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Cleveland State University. She lives in Brunswick, OH with my fiance Aaron and black lab Sully. We are getting married May 31, 2025! She loves to bake (cookies especially) and has been using the same Kitchenaid mixer since her 13th birthday! It has not failed her…yet….😊 She loves making cookie trays during the Christmas holiday season. She believes that working with children is such a gift. To be a part of a team of caregivers, families, and other educators to make learning a safe, positive, and exciting environment is a blessing!
