NEED A TUTOR?
Take Advantage of Varsity Tutors
This year, we are partnering with Varsity Tutors again (read last year's announcement)! Through VarsityTutors, every student in the WSD can take advantage of powerful learning resources, at no cost. Parents are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s education by assisting them in selecting lessons that cater to their specific needs for additional support. Access will still be provided through ClassLink LaunchPad student portal.

LEADER IN ME
PVE staff and students are preparing for the first Hawk Walk of Fame for the year. These monthly ceremonies are based on the 7 Habits of Happy Kids. Teachers nominate a student from their class that has consistently demonstrated their understanding and application of the current habit. These students are honored in that month's Hawk Walk of Fame Assembly. November's Habit is "Put First Things First."

Our next late start days is Monday, Jan. 6. The WSD will provide supervision for K-5 students who need to be dropped off at the regular start time on Late Start Days. This is separate from our Before Care Program through Chautauqua. Register your student.
