🦃EARLY DISMISSAL
1:00 pm TODAY
Dear Middlebrook Families,
Kudos to the Grade 2 team for kicking off the Thanksgiving holiday with their rendition of the Macy's Day Parade. All their hard work and learning conveyed the feelings of the season: cooperation, friendship, and joy! We hope that our entire Middlebrook family enjoys the brief respite from school and finds time to celebrate all you love. We are certainly thankful for our " little turkeys" who attend our school!
Warmly,
Debbie Ponte, Principal
Michele Molloy, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Russo's Classroom
Ms. Bugge, a standing member of the Wendat Nation, joined Mrs. Russo's first grade classroom on Monday to share artifacts from this Native American tribe from Canada. She taught them all about traditional ceremonies and showed clothes that Wendat people would make and wear. She brought in model canoes, drums, talking sticks, dream catchers, animal fur, and handmade bowls to share with the class. She even sang a traditional song performed during ceremonies. Thank you, Ms. Bugge!
