Welcome Back!

We are so excited to have all of our GES Lions back in school and are off to a great start. This year our theme is "Building the Best You." This year our pledge is:

Welcome New Faculty and Staff to GES

GES Lions are looking forward to getting to know the new faces in our building. Allow us to introduce you to them:

Morgan Kennedy, Special Education Aide

Morgan's favorite out of school activities include reading and shopping at TJ Max.

Rachel Hess, Aide

Rachel enjoys kayaking and hanging out with her children; and, recently she learned how to can different foods.

Robin Green, Aide

Robin is originally from Georgia and is a big Georgia Bulldogs fan. Robin loves shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Anthony Wooldridge, Special Education Aide

Anthony is a former combat veteran who is transitioning to education. Anthony enjoys puzzles.

Nick Lutzo, Communities in Schools

Nick enjoys playing Pokemon and video games with his son.

Virginia Lockhart, Guidance

Ms. Lockhart has a Golden Doodle named Archie.

Angela Steele, Attendance Secretary

Angela is the mother and grandmother of all boys and loves her grandson.

Cynthia Garza, Food Service Staff

Cynthia has two Maltese dogs and a black cat.

Back to School Bash

On Saturday, August 24, Greendale PTO sponsored a Back to School Bash. This event was held outside on the track and included many activities for both students and parents. There were vendors for shopping, delicious concessions of hot dogs, hamburgers, and cotton candy, a cake walk, water slide, bounce house, many games, and a dunk tank. Some "celebrities" that made an appearance in the dunk tank were Mrs. Dwyer, Ms. Robinson, Coach W, Ms. Tammy, Mr. Colston, and Dr. Perrigan. The event concluded with a foam party.
