Greetings Bulldog Families,

We had a great first full week of school! Thanks for your support as we ironed out any of the kinks and got off to a successful start. As a reminder, there is no school on Monday, September 2nd.

Please note, Girls Basketball tryouts were rescheduled for Sept 3rd and 4th. See the updated flyer below.

Important September/October Dates:

• Sept 2nd - No School - Labor Day

• Sept 3rd - Girls Basketball Tryouts - 6:30 - 8:00pm

• Sept 4th - Girls Basketball Tryouts - 6:30 - 8:00pm
  

• Sept 6th - Fall Picture Day

• Sept 6th - Color Splash - 2:30 - 4:00

• Sept 18th - Fire Drill/Severe Weather during Advisory

On Saturday, the cross country team competed in the Beecher Invite which included 14 teams. The girls were second while the boys finished fourth. The following all medaled in their races: Isabella Karas, Eli Zimmerman (6th Grade Boys champion), Sam Wasilewski (6th Grade Boys Runner-up), Sadie Eissing and Nate Kwasneski.

Boys baseball continued their undefeated streak, improving to 5-0 with a victory over Jane Adams.

Girls Softball grabbed a win this week with a victory over Jane Addams 18 to 11. Kadence Krupa, Sofia Carriel, and Carter Ouradnik were outstanding at the plate and in the field. Emma Hansen and Maddyn Rellstab’s positive attitudes helped the team to victory as well.

Is your child in need of extra support with homework, studying, or reteaching? We will be starting SOS after school academic support on Tuesday, September 9th. SOS will run every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and students can take the activity bus home after SOS. Students must be recommended by the teacher for SOS and have permission to ride the Activity Bus. The Activity Bus Permission Slip must be on file with the office before a student is allowed to ride the bus.
