Chlid Abuse Prevention Month - Wear Blue!
Did you know that 1 in 3 Canadians will experience some form of child abuse before the age of 18? This staggering statistic is a reminder of why raising awareness and sparking conversation is crucial. October is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Center's #GoBlueAB initiative is part of an effort to shed light on this important issue. On Thursday, October 24th, we encourage students and staff to wear blue in solidarity with children across our communities who need our support.
