Friday AM Coffee and Chat about PTA and LSAT Elections

Join us tomorrow morning for a coffee hour on the playground from 8-9am. Please stop by to connect with fellow parents and learn more about upcoming elections for both the PTA Executive Board and LSAT positions. Help strengthen our school community!

Next Week: Teacher and Staff Appreciation Activities

We will show our deep appreciation for Ross Teachers and Staff next week, May 23-27. See below for our schedule of organized activities for our incredible Ross teachers and staff. Expect to receive further details from your room parents about how to contribute!


  • Monday: "Thanks-A-Latte; You’re Tea-rrific" - Starbucks favorite drink delivery
  • Tuesday: "Thanks for Helping Me Bloom This Year" - Students bring a flower to school :)
  • Wednesday: Lunch provided for teachers and staff
  • Thursday AM: Breakfast Buffet for teachers and staff - Families can contribute here!
  • Thursday 4-6PM: Happy Hour for teachers and staff at Garden District
  • Friday: Student thank-you notes collected at drop off and distributed. Parents, please encourage children to write thank-you notes to teachers and Ross staff members to share.

Mr. Tommy, our crossing guard at New Hampshire and R St, will celebrate his 15th anniversary with DDOT serving at this intersection.
