The Counseling Office is an integral part of school life. Counselors are here to support students Academic Progress, Social & Emotional Learning, as well as their College & Career Goals.

Counselors are available for office hours and student drop-ins during lunch periods based on their caseload. If you or your student would like to speak to their School Counselor they can also make an appointment using the QR code here:

The BMHS Counseling Team uses a data-driven approach to build our Counseling program and meet the needs of our students.

Here is some of what we were able to accomplish as a team to date.

Navigation Night is a great way to connect with your Counseling Team and supports at school. Please join us as we provide a brief info session for incoming & current 9th grade families.

Semester Report Cards are a great way to check in on your student's academic progress. These grades ARE added to their official transcript, which affects a high school student's eligibility to apply to 4-year colleges and universities.

Please review the steps below or Youtube tutorial to see how to view your student's report card.

To view your student's progress reports:

1. Log in to your AERIES Parent Portal

2. Select Your Student

3. On the Right-hand navigation click GRADES --> REPORT CARD HISTORY to view your student's most recent quarter grade report.

High School Counselors previously met with all 10th Graders in regards to their graduation status, credits, and A-G completion. Please be on the lookout for your students transcript and grad check form being sent home in the next week.

Our Family Resource Center offers a variety of workshops for Parents throughout the year. Please join us the upcoming workshop - Making College A Reality.
