- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Mrs. Gehringer goes to great lengths to connect with, support and educate the students in her classroom. She is very supportive of students with IEPs and does well to accommodate their individual needs. You can count on seeing Mrs. Gehringer in the hallway greeting students and staff alike. She is a team player and is a wonderful asset to McMillan.

- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Ms. Patty is one of the best in all of OPS. Never flustered, always student-centered - Ms. Patty takes calls from all of our community and works to accurately report attendance, bus changes, ordering of buses, and supporting staff. She is always good for a funny quip, and makes others around her feel appreciated and valued. She helps keep students accountable for their actions, and never hesitates to do the right thing for students and staff. You're 1 in a million Ms. Patty! Thank you!

- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Nurse B is a rock for our community. Students can always depend on her to be there for when they need most anything that allows them to return to learning. She is on top of policy for health and safety in our school, and keeps track of the medical needs for students and staff in the building. As an OPS mom, her entire family is often seen at school events, and they are involved in the education of her family. Nurse B treats all of them like her own, and displays our Ethic of Care each day. Way to go Nurse B! We see you and thank you!

- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Ms. Eason has done an amazing job this year working with Ms. Mosley in ELA and supporting her students. She can be seen giving positive praise to those on her caseload, going the extra mile to help her students, and ensuring that everyone is successful in classroom, learning, and testing environments. Her attendance is super-solid as she helps those in our building, and her classroom is inviting. We appreciate all that she does to create a world-class atmosphere in Ms. Mosley's room. Being safe at McMillan is job one. Do not open any door for any human to get into this building. All adults have keys and cards, and all students must enter and check into the door. Officer Aquazzino does door checks 4 x daily to ensure we are secure. Do your part, and never prop a door open.

- 30 Ways to Say Yay! Ms. Harold is a rock-star English teacher at McMillan - who goes out of her way to develop great relationships with her students and coach her students in several sports. Ms. Harold cares about our school serving on several committees and balances her home and work load by being involved, showing she cares, and displaying what it takes to be a true Monarch day in and out. We appreciate all that she does for McMillan, and thank you for your dedication to ELA and our school.
