YEARBOOKS AVAILABLE - Starting Wednesday, May 8, yearbooks will be available for purchase. There is a limited number available so, first-come, first-serve. The cost for a yearbook is $40 CASH only. Please have your child bring their money to the front office.

PTA NEEDS YOUR HELP! - What a wonderful year! PTA would like to thank all the FMES families for all their support this year. We look forward to supporting all our students and staff again next year, but we need your help! We have several committees that need chairs and co-chairs. Grab your bestie and have fun volunteering and supporting our students and staff. If you would like to help with PTA events big or small, please click on THIS SURVEY and let us know you are interested!

MEDICATION PICK-UP - If you have a student with medication on file in the clinic, a letter will come home with them early next week about medication disposal options. Please sign/fill out the form and get it returned to the clinic by Monday, May 13th. Medications must be picked up by Tuesday, May 21st. Any medications that are not picked up by then will be discarded accordingly.

REMINDER: MEDICATIONS CANNOT BE TRANSPORTED BY STUDENTS - THEY MUST BE PICKED UP BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.

PTA MEETING & CHORUS PERFORMANCE - Please join us for our final PTA Meeting of the year and the 4th/5th Grade Chorus Performance on Thursday, May 9, at 6:00 pm in the FMES Cafeteria.

PBIS SPRING FLING - On Friday, May 17, all students will participate in the PBIS Spring Fling during their specials time. The event is free, however, there will be items available for purchase. There will be snacks & drinks ($0.50 - $1.00), Glow rings ($1.00), and clip-on glow hair extensions ($2.00). Students are also welcome to bring a towel to sit on and talk with their friends.

FMES Field Days and End of Year Celebrations will be here soon. Parents are welcome to attend. See below for each grade level's date and times.

FMES Field Days are scheduled for May 13, 14, & 15.

Monday, May 13: 9:00 - 11:00 - Kindergarten / 12:00 - 2:00 - 1st Grade

Tuesday, May 14: 9:00 - 11:00 - 2nd Grade / 1:00 - 3:00 - 3rd Grade

Wednesday, May 15: 9:00 - 11:00 - 4th Grade / 1:00 - 3:00 - 5th Grade

End of Year Celebrations are also scheduled for May 13, 14, & 15.

5TH GRADE END OF YEAR EVENTS

The 5th Grade Parade will be on Wednesday, May 22 at 2:15 p.m. Parents will park in the parking lot and the 5th graders will parade through the parking lot so you can cheer for them. Feel free to bring signs, noise makers, etc.

PLAY 2 LEARN - Searching for a high-quality early learning opportunity for you and your young child? Look no further! Join our Play 2 Learn class at Freeman's Mill ES for the 2024-25 school year.
