The Teacher’s Crucial Role
I tell our staff that our role as educators is “humaneering”. We are in the process of creating innovative, confident, vision-filled young men and women who will make a difference in their world. The focal point of our philosophy is the teacher. If the teacher is what he or she needs to be, the students will receive all they need in order to thrive. I tell our administrators that the heart and soul of our school isn’t the students; it’s the teachers. They are the hub of the wheel, the generator of motivation, and the motherboard of everything good that happens to the students each moment of every day at our school. Quality education that fulfills my hopes as the founder and the parent’s dreams for their children is only achieved if the teachers are the highest caliber and receive the resources they need to impart truth and life to their students.

Where Stories Begin
As we near the end of another chapter in our Life School story, it’s important to pause and reflect on the incredible achievements we’ve made. Let’s take pride in our accomplishments, no matter how big or small, and continue to strive for excellence in everything we do. From supporting students in their academic journeys to creating a safe and nurturing environment, each one of you has contributed significantly to our school's success. Your dedication, resilience, and passion for students have not only impacted students' lives but have also shaped the future generation.

WDYT? Survey Participation
Thank you to everyone who completed the WDYT? Employee Engagement Survey. We understand that Spring is a very busy time and we are so grateful for the 543 people (79% of employees) who took time to let their voice be heard. As part of the survey, over 200 staff members provided a written response to the open-ended questions. District leaders will review the survey results along with all the written responses as we work to create a supportive and loving environment for staff and students. Thank you for your dedication and participation!
