We had a fantastic week at CHS—full of memorable moments, meaningful learning, and reasons to celebrate!
CHS Multicultural Night – Thank You!
Tuesday’s CHS Multicultural Night was a joyful celebration of the diversity that makes our Eagle Nation strong, supporting CSD Roadmap ’27, Goal #2. Thank you to all who helped make it a success! Families enjoyed free food, games, performances, and activities in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
CHS Theater Takes the Show on the Road!
Shout-out to our CHS Theater students for their Traveling Road Show performances at CSD elementary schools on May 20 and 22! They wowed our future Eagles with standing ovations—supporting CSD Roadmap ’27, Goal #2, and spreading Eagle pride across the district.
Celebrating Exceptional Extended Learning Opportunities
Thank you to our amazing staff and community partners for providing impactful learning experiences that support CSD Roadmap ’27, Goal #4 (see photos).
This week, CHS students took part in enriching activities, including visits to the Rose Japanese Garden, the Zoo, Washington Square for marketing exploration, and Rossi Farms.
We appreciate the continued collaboration that makes these opportunities possible!

Eagle Fest 2025: A Week of Tradition and School Spirit!
Get ready, Eagle Nation! Eagle Fest is the exciting week leading up to Prom, packed with spirited events and a long-standing CHS tradition. Join us for all the fun happening from May 27 to May 31:

CHS Prom is just around the corner! Make sure you’re prepared to enjoy an unforgettable night.
This year’s theme is Midnight Masquerade, and Prom will be held on Saturday, May 31st, from 7–10 PM at the World Forestry Center (4033 SW Canyon Rd, Portland, OR 97221).
Tickets are on sale now through May 28th at lunch:

Centennial High School is proud to celebrate Pride Month with a dedicated Spirit Week from June 2nd to 6th, honoring love, identity, and inclusion throughout our community. Join us in showing support and school spirit each day with the following themes:

Kick off the week in style—dress to impress! -
June 3 – Rainbow Day
In remembrance of Stonewall and the Pulse Nightclub, wear rainbow colors to honor LGBTQ+ history. -
June 4 – Flag Day
Bring a flag that represents your sexuality, gender identity, or culture. -
June 5 – Trans/Non-Binary Validity Day
Wear pink, white, and blue to show your support. -
