Greetings!

1. Our lost and found is full! We've displayed it for the children this week in the main hallway. Please ask them to check in if you are missing anything!

2. Carnival planning has begun! See the newsletter for more information on how you can get involved!

3. A HUGE thank you to our PTO and ALL of our great family support as we raise funds for playground improvements! Due to the great success of our Fun Run, we were able to move forward with the purchase of a Gaga Ball Pit! Pending supplies and work schedules, this is expected to be installed at the end of the summer of 2025!

4. The students do not have school on Friday, 2/14 or Monday, 2/17. We will see all of their smiling faces Tuesday, 2/18!

If you have an incoming kindergartener or new student entering Millard Public Schools for the 2025-26 school year, please enroll your student beginning February 1, 2025 at www.mpsomaha.org. By completing your child's enrollment as soon as possible you help us place students sooner and communicate with your family in a timely way. Please note, the new student enrollment window is for NEW STUDENTS ONLY! Existing student updates will occur between June 9 and July 31, 2025.

The PTO is a great way to meet other parents, find out about PTO sponsored events and volunteer on several event committees. By joining and/or being a volunteer, you are working with other parents and teachers/staff members, to help enrich the educational experience for all students.

The first day of school for the. 2024-2025 school year will be Thursday, August 8th.

Everyone is welcome on each Don & Millie's Night, located at 144th & Harrison streets. Art work will be displayed on the night for that grade level.
