The Milford Recreation Department is proud to offer a week-long Youth Football Camp this summer!
The camp will take place at the Orange Avenue Grass & Turf Fields. It will take place during the week of July 21st-July 25th Monday-Friday 9am-12pm.

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance)
TEAM offers free tax preparation and filing through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. IRS-trained volunteers help taxpayers prepare basic tax return forms, where the primary source of income is from wages and salaries. The tax returns are filed electronically at no cost.
Eligibility Requirements
VITA offers free tax help to low- to moderate-income people (annual household income of $68,000 and below).

The NHSO’s Free Family Series features exciting programs designed to delight children ages 3-8 and their families. These free, interactive concerts will take place at kid-friendly venues across southern Connecticut between February – April, creating a magical introduction to live music, storytelling, and education for young audiences.

Experience the magic and excitement of Mardi Gras at The Shore Line Trolley Museum on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 11 am to 2 pm.

Led by dancer and educator Jolyn Washington Walker, this program will introduce participants to traditional West African dance steps and rhythms from Ghana. Children and families will have the opportunity to move to the beats or play traditional instruments during the session.
The workshop is best suited for families with children ages 5 and up. Parents must stay with their children and are encouraged to participate. Wear comfortable clothing.

This event is free and open to the public.
Hosted by the Astronomical Society of New Haven, this event offers a unique opportunity to observe the two largest planets in our solar system, their moons, as well as galaxies, clusters, and nebulae through high-powered telescopes.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and red flashlights to enhance their experience.
Please note that food and beverages are not permitted near the telescopes, and white lights from smartphones and flashlights should be avoided to preserve night vision.
