Dear ISAAC Families,

We are excited to announce that afterschool programming is starting soon at ISAAC Middle School! These programs offer a wonderful opportunity for our students to explore new interests, develop important skills, and connect with their peers. We encourage all families to sign up for the available clubs through Family ID and take advantage of these enriching activities.

In addition, we understand that there have been delays with afternoon bussing. Please know that we are in continuous communication with the New London Public School Bus company to address this issue. While we work to ensure that bussing is on time for our students and families, we encourage you to contact the bus company directly with any concerns.

New London, CT -ISAAC Middle School is thrilled to announce a variety of engaging afterschool programs available to students in grades 6-8, offering a perfect opportunity for students to explore their interests, develop new skills, and connect with their peers. Families should be on the lookout for upcoming program offerings on FAMILYID, starting next week.

The first club to kick off the school’s afterschool programming will be the Environmental Exploration Club, which begins on Monday, September 16th. If your student is interested in participating, make sure to sign up today! For any questions or assistance, please contact the school.

In addition to the Environmental Exploration Club, several other clubs will be available in the coming weeks, including:

Culinary Club – Starts November 11th

Gaming Club – Starts November 11th

MathCounts Club – Starts October 7th

Broadway at ISAAC Club – Starts October 7th

Leadership Club – Starts October 7th

Backstage Theater Club – Starts January 2nd

These afterschool programs will run from 3:00-5:00 PM twice a week, and students may sign up for more than one club, provided the meeting days do not overlap. For example, a student could join Gaming Club on Mondays and Thursdays and Leadership Club on Tuesdays and Fridays.

In addition to club activities, students will receive snacks and have designated time for homework during each session.

• Girls Soccer Practice - MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY 3-5pm at Caulkins Park
  
• Cross-country Practice - Practice - MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY 3-5pm at FORT TRUMBULL

*Practices for all fall sports are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
