Thunderbird Update

Thunderbird Families,
We have made it to the home stretch...final exam week! Students will review for finals on Monday then take odd period finals on Tuesday and even period finals on Wednesday. Should your student be absent on either day, they will make-up their finals on Thursday. Encourage your students to eat a good breakfast, do their best, and get to school on time! Friday is a half-day with dismissal at 12:15.
Congratulations to Mr. Lincecum and the 8th grade boys soccer team who defeated Sierra in overtime to earn the title of 2024 City Champs! It was a hard fought match that kept fans on the edge of their seat until the final score! They played with heart and exhibited great sportsmanship! Fantastic job Thunderbirds!
We have a busy after school schedule this week with the drama performance on Tuesday, choir concert on Wednesday, and school dance on Thursday. We encourage students to join us for all three activities. Please see activity schedule below for time and other specifics. There is no afterschool BUG tutoring this week. We will resume in the new year.
Hope you all have a blessed holiday season with your family and friends. We will miss our Thunderbirds and already look forward to their return on January 7th.
