Osseo Early Childhood Family Education (EC&FE) is offering something brand new for parents during the winter/spring of 2021! Our Hey Parents: A Parent Connection Series includes FREE webinars and parent consultations facilitated by our licensed parent educators for parents with young children birth to age eight.

• Each webinar will be short (3-5 minute) videos and include parent resources, tips and strategies on a variety of relevant, popular research-based parenting topics.
• After viewing the webinars, parents can request a FREE parent consultation with a parent educator.
  
• Parents currently participating in our EC&FE program will receive e-newsletters when new webinars are available to view.
• Webinars will be posted on our EC&FE program website osseoec.org and highlighted on our program social media pages.

I have been a parent educator for nearly 20 years. When I first started teaching for Osseo ECFE, I hadn't even taught my oldest how to use the toilet yet. Literally, I have raised my children with the families of ECFE. My passion in life is to help parents learn more about the kind of life they want to create for themselves and their children. I feel so blessed to be able to do this in Osseo with the most wonderful families!

Hi! I'm Elise and I'm thrilled to be connecting with families! I'm a stepmom and mom to four incredible kids: Keeley, Avery, Maya, & Joey. I've been married to my best friend, Joe, for 16 years. We love to play outside as a family! In the summer we're on the lake and in the winter, we're ice skating in the backyard and snowboarding on the slopes. Our new favorite game is "Family Charades" and we write all of the charades ourselves - the inside jokes have us rolling with laughter!!

Osseo ECFE holds a special place in my heart, both as a parent and a parent educator. It was the first school my oldest child ever attended. It's exciting to be a parent educator in the program that served us so well. Seeing families connect, learn together, make discoveries, build and transform their relationships and grow in understanding is why, nearly two decades later, I still love teaching!

I’ve been with Osseo Area School for 23 years as a Parent Educator and I’m loving it more than ever! As a northern Minnesota native I grew up on the lake with my four siblings. Thirteen years later two more siblings were added to our family. We now have over 75 family members and counting. Included in this list is my husband, our five adult children, our daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Family fun in all forms is at the top of my to do list. I enjoy swimming, walking, biking, yard games, conversation, and hanging out with my children and grandchildren. With a lifetime of experiences to draw from supporting parents and families as they move toward their goals is more fun and rewarding than you can imagine. We hope you join the fun!
