Demo Family Memo
May 2nd, 2025
Principal Message
As we approach the end of the school year, I want to take a moment to remind everyone to stay connected and informed through our newsletter and the Trivory App. With so many exciting events and activities in the final weeks of school, we want to ensure that all families and community members have the latest updates. This is a wonderful time to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2025, as well as the hard work of all of our students.
Thank you for being an integral part of this amazing village. We hope to see you on Wednesday for a special session with Superintendent Dr. Armstrong and her team, who will share more details on the upcoming modernization efforts.
Let’s make these final weeks memorable for our students!

Prom
Dear Jefferson Families and Students,
We are excited to announce that the Jefferson Prom will be held on Friday, May 9th! We know that having prom on a school day may not be ideal for everyone, and we want to make sure all of our students are well-prepared.
If your student has plans that will prevent them from attending school on the day of prom, please contact the attendance office to excuse their absence. This will ensure their attendance is appropriately noted for the day.
Important Information for Prom Attendees:
For 11th and 12th graders purchasing prom tickets, please note the following eligibility criteria:
-
Attendance: Students must meet attendance requirements to attend the prom.
-
Grade Requirements: Senior students must meet the grade standards outlined in the student handbook. Please check with your student’s counselor if you have any concerns regarding this.
-
Personal Learning Requirements: Seniors must also ensure all personal learning requirements are complete. This includes any outstanding assignments or projects that may affect their eligibility.
We will continue to sell prom tickets until Thursday, May 8th. Don’t miss out on this special night!
Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding eligibility or the event.
We look forward to a fun and memorable evening for all!
Senior Fees
As the end of the school year approaches, we want to remind all senior parents and guardians to review their student’s account for any outstanding fees. To avoid any surprises come graduation, please check in with our Bookkeeper, Mr. Lopez, to make sure any fees are settled before the end of the year.
Please note: Any student with unpaid fees will have their diploma held until the balance is cleared. We strongly encourage you to take care of this as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
SEI/SUN/Latino Network
Happy Mother’s Day from SUN and Latino Network! To celebrate the monumental people in our student’s lives, we’d like to invite Mother’s and Mother Figure’s to join us for a Mother’s Day Celebration on May 12th, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Get to know SUN and Latino Network, play Loteria, and paint! Food will be provided.
