Make Sure to Get Your Automated Messages from the District!
Please check your Contact Information in the staff portal (FIS) to make sure that your information is complete and accurate. To receive the automated messages, you must have a Staff Phone Number marked as the Primary Number. Also, while in there, please make sure your Emergency Contacts are up to date. The good news is that you can make these changes yourself!
Electronic W2 Option
As we approach January, you might be thinking about your W2. Did you know that you can receive this electronically through the Staff Portal? Make sure to log in soon, go to "pay history" and select the electronic option.

As you know, you are required to submit updated clearances to us every 5 years. When you send us these clearances, please make sure to make copies for your personal use. Unfortunately, we can no longer email copies of your clearances to you.
Want to know when your clearances expire? Check the employee portal at Home > Staff Portal > Clearances.
If you do need copies of your clearances, you will have to make an appointment to visit the Personnel Office to view your employee file and pay a per-copy charge for any documents you wish to copy.
