December is a month filled with excitement, hope and magic! As we shift into the month of December, there is so much to be thankful for as a school. Not only do I have the good fortune of working with a dedicated team of professionals, but I am also excited to come in contact daily with amazing students and parents. It’s great to be connected to this school.



We want to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for helping to get your child(ren) to school everyday and on-time! Students with 6 or more absences will be receiving an attendance letter when report cards are issued on December 10, 2024. The first few minutes of the day really set the tone and we want all students to start the day off on the right foot!

December 3rd grades close for the first trimester. Report cards will be released on ASPEN December 10, 2024. It is very important for parents to open their ASPEN portals. If you are having difficulty with ASPEN, please contact ASPEN help. Here is a link to help you navigate ASPEN:

Are you looking for a few gift ideas, especially ones that don’t cost a lot of money? This holiday season give your child and family the gift of time. Enjoy a meal or two together as a family. Have a night in with the family and play a favorite board game. As parents, you are extremely important to your children. This month, make a goal to spend an evening, day or weekend with each other. The time you spend with them is priceless.

Grade levels and classroom teachers are planning some fun activities during the month of December. Be sure to read the classroom posts on ParentSquare.

How many times have you asked "How was school?" just to get a one word answer or nonverbal shrug. Try a new way to spark conversation with your student! This month's example: Material Mystery: “Gather three materials from around us that represent something about your school day, and I’ll try to guess what they represent.”
