Leaping Into Spring...

Dear MaST Schools Families,

As we LEAP into the spring months, we are very excited to offer a variety of events and activities at each of our campuses. We want to thank you for your on-going support throughout the year with the many events that have taken place such as dances, restaurant nights, parent evenings, fundraisers, club nights, academic events, and outside partner events. We want to issue a special “Thank You” to our AMP (Association of MaST Parents) groups who work with administration and staff to coordinate engaging events for our school community.

Involvement

As you can imagine, there is a lot of time and preparation that goes into hosting school events! We ask that families respect staff and volunteers who work hard to host memorable events for the school community. We are always looking for new parents and voices to get involved! If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to learn more about AMP by visiting: https://bit.ly/volunteermast. One key to involvement is ensuring you have the proper clearances on file so that you can volunteer. These are easy to obtain, and we have support emails if you have any questions. Events

We’re excited to be using a new events/ticketing platform called Vanco events so that families have the convenience of paying and registering for events online. In order to make our events successful, we want families to understand that there will be deadlines associated with event ticket purchasing. In order to ensure we have proper head counts, our event planners need to set deadlines on ticketed events. Unless otherwise stated, ticketing links will close the Wednesday before the event at 12 PM. We ask that if you find yourself in a situation where you are unsure if you can attend, please purchase the ticket and we can always offer a refund. Alternatively, parents and students can reach out to the school administration in advance to discuss any special arrangements needed.
