Brief Message From the Principal

As we embark on another exciting school year at Bear Creek, I want to extend a warm welcome to all our returning families and a heartfelt greeting to those joining us for the first time. I am Dr. Jeremy Stetler, your proud principal, and I am thrilled to start this journey with you. Our dedicated teachers and staff have been busy preparing to create a year full of learning, growth, and memorable experiences for our students.

This year, we are focusing on fostering a community where every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. We have some wonderful programs, events, and initiatives planned that I can't wait to share with you. Let's make this school year at Bear Creek one of the best yet!

Open House

Join us for Open House on Thursday, August 22nd from 2:00-3:30 PM. We look forward to opening our building to you and your students so they can explore their classroom and meet their teacher.

Important Info

First Day of School: The first day for students is August 26th, which will be a half-day with dismissal at 12:30 PM.

No School: Please note that there will be no school on Friday, August 30th and Monday, September 2nd.

Tardy Policy: Students must be in the building by 8:50 AM. Late arrivals will need to be escorted to the office by an adult and will be marked "tardy."

Construction Update: Construction on the new homes by Bear Creek has begun.This will impact our dismissal procedures. Parents will need to line up on Sheaffer Road if our parking lot is full, and please do not block the bus loop.
