3rd Quarter Reminders
The Online Middle School staff want to take a moment to remind all of our middle schoolers and their families how important it is to keep up with your homework and attendance.
Homework isn’t just about getting grades—it’s practice that helps you understand what you’re learning and prepares you for tests, projects, and the future. When you stay on top of it, you’ll feel more confident and less stressed!
Attendance is just as important! Every class you miss is a chance to fall behind, and catching up can be tough. Being in school means you get to ask questions, work with friends, and stay on track. Plus, showing up and giving your best effort builds great habits that will help you in high school, college, and even your future job.
You’ve got this! Stay focused, stay organized, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Keep pushing forward—you’re capable of amazing things!

Re-Think Your Drink
We often don’t think about the amount of added sugar that is put into our drinks. Remember that companies use a lot of different names for added sugar (dextrose, corn syrup, etc.). It is also important to look at the serving size when factoring in how much sugar you are consuming. Companies will often have more than one serving size listed on the label, even though they know most people will drink the entire bottle.
